Job Description
Senior team member responsible for coaching and training F-16 Sheetmetal Mechanics, assisting in the incorporation of new work scope into the site, and identifying opportunities to improve site operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
  • Coaches and trains other F-16 Avionics / Electro-Environmental Technicians
  • Assists in developing work cards, work instructions, job aids, and operation sequencing
  • Ensures all work is done according to specification, regulation, and company policy
  • Able to communicate effectively and work well as a member of a team
  • Conducts oneself professionally through appearance and conduct
