Requirements

• Manages all areas of Food & Beverage operations
• Ensures highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Analyzes and evaluates food and beverage operations
• Leads and coordinates efforts with Marketing and other departments
• Attends management meetings and is an active participant
• Monitors legal compliance with federal, state, gaming, company and departmental laws and regulations
• Assists in planning and developing menus and respective pricing structures
• Institutes cost control procedures and standards of performance
• Develops management staff and ensures proper succession training
• Handles employee complaints or grievances
• Makes or recommends wage increases and promotions
