Job Description
The F135 Program Sustainment Industrial Lead will drive industrial rate readiness throughout the value stream for the F135 Sustainment Ramp, integrating with the Sustainment Program Team to drive increased industrial supportability, maintain the overall health of the flying fleet, and meet the program's delivery, quality, and cost goals.

  • Delivery assurance

  • Understanding/driving future requirements
  • Assisting with process and procedure creation/refinement
  • Escalating and mitigating critical fleet hardware needs
  • Supporting all F135 Program activities
