Role Overview

The F135 Sustainment Materials Manager will enable the delivery of products and services in support of the F-35’s (Joint Strike Fighter) F135 Propulsion System within an extremely fast-moving global network. This position affords the incumbent the opportunity to be involved in the rapid expansion of the F135 operational support construct. High level analytical skills and strong MS Excel skills are required; including but not limited to XLookup, VLookup, Compound IF Statements, and other intermediate to advanced formulas.

What You Will Do

Analyze and Drive MRP alignment while partnering with Industrial, Engineering, repair supply partners, MRP Controllers, and Delivery Assurance to create the continuous flow of inventory into the government-owned network wherever possible. You will be involved in all aspects of F135 Initial & Replenishment Spares support, from final planning on the range & depth of target inventory quantities at multiple locations, to generating reporting on spares sales order placements, sales order follow-ups, expedites, and delivery statusing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of experience managing MRP and/or inventory in an operational supply chain or an Advanced degree with 3 years of managing MRP and/or inventory in an operational supply chain experience
