Job Description
We are seeking a Fabricating Superintendent to provide general supervision for production, shipping, and other related functions at our corrugated packaging facility. The successful candidate will lead a production team, ensure a safe work environment, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years' experience in corrugated manufacturing industry
  • 5+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity at a corrugated manufacturing facility
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening, evaluating, and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
