Role OverviewThe Fabrication Assembly Supervisor is responsible for supervising a large, diverse, and talented enclosure assembly manufacturing team. The primary goal of this position is to properly organize team members and achieve an efficient and productive workflow throughout the day.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and supervise daily activities of enclosure assembly employees, assure monthly goals and KPIs are met, and monitor, track, and meet project budgeted labor hours.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, specifically enclosures or assembly
- Read, write, and speak proficient English
- Ability to supervise multiple projects and departments simultaneously
- Knowledgeable in assembly and manufacturing processes
- Ability to provide clear, explicit verbal directions
- Ability to plan shop flow and execute goals
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to analyze and solve issues pertaining to quality, safety, and production
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Must be able to pass a background check
