What You Will Do
The Fabrication Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for monitoring production, scanning make sheets, and discussing daily goals with supervisors. They will also direct supervisors with respect to production volume, quality, cost, and meeting production schedules and delivery dates.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of packinghouse experience and possess strong team-oriented, communication, and people skills. Bilingual skills are important but not mandatory.
