Job Description
We are currently searching for a Fabrication Operator I to be based in Weatherford, TX. The primary role is to use machines to bend pipe and monitor product specs and quality.

Requirements

  • Runs various saws and machines in Fabrication
  • Help load the pipe into the machine
  • Stack finished products on pallets according to the packaging standard
  • Band up pallet when complete
  • Check the angle of the pipe on the angle table
  • Cut boards to size for pipe packaging
  • Has knowledge of safety procedures for each machine, E-Stops, pinch points, etc.
  • Informs the Shift Lead of any possible safety infractions
  • Informs forklift personnel or the Shift Lead when running low on Fab Stock to be cut
  • Must check the cut length frequently for any deviation in the cut length specs
  • Housekeeping is a must throughout the shift
