Job Description
Avalign produces innovative medical devices with a focus on high growth and ingenuity. The Production Manager (Fabrication) will lead production Team Members, ensure compliance with requirements, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education (GED), bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three or more years combined industry (biomedical, medical device) and/or military experience
  • Eight years of combined industry, military, and/or related (general manufacturing, quality, or logistics) experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
