Fabrication Production Supervisor B Shift

The Fabrication Production Supervisor B Shift is responsible for ensuring the quality and yields of products on the line, supervising hourly employees, and maintaining a safe and motivated work environment.

What You Will Do

The supervisor will prepare pre-operational paperwork, ensure the line is clean and sanitized, and prepare employee paperwork. They will also attend daily supervisor meetings, run line meetings, and administer follow-up training.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have college experience in animal science or management, bilingual skills in Spanish, and 2-5 years of production experience. Knowledge of meat processing and management/communication skills are also advantageous.

Requirements
