Role OverviewThe Fabrication Shop Assembly Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising the daily operations of the assembly shop to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved.
What You Will Do
Supervise and direct daily sheet metal fabrication shop operations to meet production schedules, project deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow to maximize shop productivity and efficiency.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training in sheet metal, HVAC, or construction is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial sheet metal fabrication experience, including supervisory or foreman experience in a fabrication or construction environment.
- Experience with commercial HVAC ductwork fabrication and off-site prefabrication processes is strongly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial sheet metal fabrication techniques, ductwork construction, materials, and applicable industry standards, including SMACNA guidelines.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively supervise personnel while maintaining production schedules and quality expectations.
