Role OverviewThe Fabrication Shop Sheet Metal Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising the daily operations of the sheet metal fabrication shop to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved.
What You Will Do
Supervise and direct daily sheet metal fabrication shop operations, plan and coordinate daily work activities, read and interpret construction drawings, and ensure fabricated assemblies meet dimensional tolerances.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Vocational or technical training in sheet metal, HVAC, or construction is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial sheet metal fabrication experience
- Experience with commercial HVAC ductwork fabrication and off-site prefabrication processes is strongly preferred
