Role OverviewThe Fabrication Specialist Team Lead will lead a team in performing various fabrication tasks, including machining, welding, and assembly. The role requires 2+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing, as well as experience in a formal or informal leadership role. The team will work on complex components and systems using established drawings and requirements.
What You Will Do
The Fabrication Specialist Team Lead will perform machine set-up, machining, welding set-up, welding, sheet metal fabrication and extrusion, tube bending and fabrication tasks. They will also assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components, and perform soldering on electronic and avionics products.

Requirements
- 2+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, in English
- 1+ year of experience in a formal or informal leadership role
