Role OverviewThe Fabrication Supervisor oversees daily operations in the fabrication department, ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and the development of team members. This role requires hands-on experience in metal fabrication and a proven track record of leadership in a manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Manage a team of fabricators, conduct performance evaluations, assign tasks, coordinate with other departments, monitor production schedules, and ensure all products meet dimensional and quality requirements.

Requirements
- Three plus years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial fabrication setting
- Advanced knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and machinery
- Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures (QAPs)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and schematics
- High levels of organizational and time management skills
- High levels of analytical, observational, and active listening skills
- Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks
- Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more
- Ability to stoop and bend
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time
- Ability to read a tape measure and prints
- Ability to convert decimals to fractions and utilize conversion charts
- Excellent manual dexterity
