Role OverviewThe Fabricator will be responsible for conducting quality audits, participating in Fabrication/Plant programs and Lean initiatives, and performing various tasks related to material handling, scrap management, and equipment operation. The role requires strong housekeeping skills, interpersonal skills, and mathematics skills. The Fabricator will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities of this position include abiding by safe practices and procedures, conducting quality audits, and participating in cross-functional training. The Fabricator will also be responsible for material preparation and product finishing, product knowledge, and equipment operation. The role requires adherence to all quality standards and the ability to communicate with the Fab Support Group.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong housekeeping skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Mathematics – Geometry; Drawing interpretation
- Welder repair – Basic level
- Hand and Power Tools – Plastic Fab Basic Level
