Role OverviewWe’re hiring Fabricators/Welders for our custom metal fabrication shop serving commercial and industrial projects throughout the Nashville region. This is a fabricator-first role where you’ll read blueprints, lay out parts, fit complex weldments, and perform MIG welding on custom builds.
What You Will Do
Layout, fitting, MIG welding, inspection, rework, grinding, rigging, and maintenance of welding equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three or more years fabrication experience
- Strong MIG welding experience
- Read fabrication blueprints and weld symbols
- Experience laying out and fitting weldments
- Forklift or overhead crane experience
