Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facade & Panel Project Engineer / Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the quality, schedule, budget, critical issues, deadlines, and safety goals of assigned facade and panel projects.
What You Will Do
The Project Engineer/Manager will oversee projects from award through closeout, working closely with our drafting, production, field operations, contracts, and accounting departments while maintaining strong communication with construction managers, architects, owners, vendors, and subcontractors.

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Project management experience in commercial construction
- Experience with facade systems, architectural metal panels, rainscreen systems, cladding systems, detailing, drafting, or panel engineering
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Degree in Construction Management, Building Construction Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
