Facilitator/Coach - Part-time

The Pathfinder Network is a non-profit organization that provides justice-system impacted individuals and their families with tools and support to be safe and thrive in communities. As a Facilitator/Coach, you will support the mission by facilitating participants' understanding of program materials, developing pro-social skills, and evaluating participant progress. You will work in a secured detention or correctional setting, adhering to all rules and protocols.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include facilitating classes, ensuring program fidelity, and providing evaluations of participants' progress. You will also communicate with institution staff, other Pathfinder Network staff, and managers, and participate in professional development to ensure continuous growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree
• One year of related experience
• Group facilitation skills
• Non-profit experience and/or experience working in the criminal justice system
• Experience teaching adult learners
• Intermediate level computer capabilities
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a criminal history background check
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a motor vehicle during work hours
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check
