Job Description
As a temporary Facilitator for California MENTOR Family Support Services, a member of the Sevita family, you'll successfully facilitate and manage Child and Family Team meetings for all Wraparound clients to ensure continuity of care. Our diverse, multilingual specialists support families from a wide range of backgrounds who may be facing out of home placements or reunification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Art or Science Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Psychology
  • Three (3) years' experience working with high risk children/youth in either child welfare, probation or mental health systems in Wraparound
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license for one year minimum, and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
