Role OverviewThe Facilities and Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, safety, operational readiness, and infrastructure coordination of all CASA facilities. This position ensures that every site which includes the administrative office, opioid treatment programs, residential and supportive housing is safe, functional, compliant, and equipped to support high-quality client care and staff operations.

Manage, maintain, and ensure the safety of all CASA facilities, including administrative offices, opioid treatment programs, residential and supportive housing.

Requirements
- Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning)
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities management and supervising others
- Ability to safely lift 50lbs.
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with and collaborate with agency staff
- Self-motivated
- Ability to execute projects systematically
- Bilingual (English – Spanish), preferred
- Demonstrate appreciation and willingness to develop continuing skills towards multicultural competency within a behavioral health setting
