Role OverviewThe Facilities and Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, safety, operational readiness, and infrastructure coordination of all CASA facilities. This position ensures that every site is safe, functional, compliant, and equipped to support high-quality client care and staff operations.
What You Will Do
Manage, maintain, and coordinate facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance. Supervise staff and execute projects systematically.

Requirements
- Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning)
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management and supervising others
- Ability to safely lift 50lbs
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with and collaborate with agency staff
- Self-motivated
- Ability to execute projects systematically
- Bilingual (English – Spanish)
- Appreciation and willingness to develop continuing skills towards multicultural competency within a behavioral health setting
