Role OverviewThe Facilities Carpenter Layer is responsible for installing carpet and performing carpet repairs throughout the property, maintaining logbooks, and operating power and hand tools. Work is performed under minimal supervision, and the ideal candidate must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
What You Will Do
Perform routine to complex maintenance and repair work on flooring systems, complete job assignments in a timely manner, and maintain logbooks. Operate power and hand tools, perform carpet installations and repairs, and advise Shift Supervisor of any unusual conditions.
