Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the resort's engineering operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of maintenance activities, vendor coordination, inventory management, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Manage and maintain building and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor and follow up on work orders and engineering projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as a liaison with vendors and suppliers for maintenance-related needs.
  • Document engineering processes and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Oversee inventory activities including requisitions, ordering, stocking, and shipments.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks as needed to support the engineering team.
  • Generate purchase orders and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Distribute work orders to team members and track progress.
  • Research and order uncommon parts and supplies for engineering needs.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts for the department.
