Job Description
The Archway is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to maintain and repair facilities, ensure compliance with regulations, and supervise maintenance and janitorial employees. The role involves planning and coordinating emergency responses, training new employees, and evaluating performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, some college or college degree desired
  • 2-4 years of related maintenance experience
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a residential or similar setting in a maintenance capacity
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, internet and e-mail applications
  • Current Texas Driver’s License Required
  • Proof of liability automobile insurance
