Role Overview

The Facilities Coordinator will support the daily operations of Castelion's Midland, Texas site, ensuring the day-to-day needs of the site are handled efficiently and consistently. This role requires someone who is extremely organized, resourceful, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever needed. The ideal candidate has a strong service mindset but is equally comfortable working in an industrial environment, coordinating contractors, moving supplies, solving unexpected problems, or helping execute a facilities project.

What You Will Do

The Facilities Coordinator will own daily lunch coordination, manage snack and beverage programs, coordinate recurring site services and vendors, conduct regular site walkthroughs, and assist the Facilities Manager across a wide range of operational needs, facilities projects, and changing site priorities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace operations, office management, hospitality, site operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities and responsibilities can change quickly
  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to identify needs and drive tasks through completion with limited direction
  • Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, deliveries, or recurring operational services
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working across both office and industrial environments and being hands-on with day-to-day site needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the Facilities Manager and broader team
  • Willingness to support occasional needs outside of standard business hours
