Job Description
Texas Children’s is seeking a Facilities Database Coordinator to provide support to the Facilities Program Manager(s) and the Facilities Planning & Development department. The role involves maintaining facility databases (drawings, documents, data), managing digital drawings, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available. It also requires compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Manages and maintains facility databases, including cost center, work order, and asset databases.
  • Maintains and uploads physical and digital drawings, including proper layering, file naming, and version control.
  • Coordinates with Facilities Project Managers and involves drawing documentation updates.
  • Develops and coordinates work processes for digital and hard copy drawing creation, maintenance, integration, and distribution.
