Job Description
Texas Children’s is seeking a Facilities Database Coordinator to provide support to the Facilities Program Manager(s) and the Facilities Planning & Development department. The role involves maintaining facility databases (drawings, documents, data), managing digital drawings, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available. It also requires compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements
Manages and maintains facility databases, including cost center, work order, and asset databases.
Maintains and uploads physical and digital drawings, including proper layering, file naming, and version control.
Coordinates with Facilities Project Managers and involves drawing documentation updates.
Develops and coordinates work processes for digital and hard copy drawing creation, maintenance, integration, and distribution.
