Job Description
The Facilities Director is responsible for ensuring the safe and secure maintenance of multiple assigned facilities for Urban Resource Institute, a non-profit organization providing shelter and services for domestic violence survivors and homeless families. The Director will supervise maintenance staff, manage work orders, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Supervise the implementation and management of internal and external work order processes
  • Provide and document biweekly individual supervision to assigned Maintenance Supervisors
  • Collaborate with program leadership and maintenance supervisor to ensure completion of weekly unit and common area inspections
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance is performed consistent with URI standards and regulatory guidelines
