Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Engineer to join our team. The Building Engineer will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of a large commercial building.
What You Will Do
Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on all building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire life safety. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and assess the building for potential safety hazards.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of safety practices, building systems, and general maintenance procedures
- Working knowledge of power tools and hand tools
