Requirements

  • Maintain all departmental records, invoices, and files related to Facility Operations
  • Manage Purchase Orders, track arrivals, and maintain accurate inventory
  • Receive maintenance requests and dispatch personnel during daytime shifts
  • Process documents, memos, maintenance records, letters, and timesheets
  • Authorized to purchase equipment and supplies required for property maintenance
