Role OverviewThe Facilities Lead will perform general maintenance tasks, provide technical leadership, and coordinate with contractors to maintain and enhance facility appearance. This is a project-based position that will not continue beyond December 2027 due to the planned relocation of the plant.
What You Will Do
The Facilities Lead will provide technical leadership, coordinate with contractors, replace bulbs and ballasts, maintain drains, perform minor plumbing repairs, and maintain facility grounds. They will also review Safety Data Sheet instructions, replace drinking water cups, and perform material handling tasks.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency
- 2-5 years of hand-on experience in general or facilities maintenance
- Previous fork-lift experience (Must pass EPC certification)
- Valid driver's license
- Clear driving record
- Ability to pass Mechanical Aptitude Test
- HAZWOPER, DOT Hazardous Material, Universal Waste, NFPA preferred but not required
