Role OverviewWe are seeking a versatile and dedicated Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the optimal functioning of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators.
What You Will Do
Conducting all internal office requirements such as facilities requests, office moves, furniture moves, light construction, and repairs. Ensuring that all facilities operate in a safe and efficient condition.

Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in building systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance
- OSHA and life safety regulations
- interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- ability to work well within a team
- valid driver's license
- DMV record that meets insurability requirements
