Job Description
The Engineer on Duty (EOD) is a critical frontline responder responsible for maintaining the seamless operation of Horseshoe Bay Resort. This role requires a versatile technician who can provide professional, high-quality service to both resort guests and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in at least three of the following core trades: HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry, or Kitchen Equipment.
  • Experience with Pneumatic/Electronic systems and controls is highly preferred.
  • Strong finish skills, including painting and general building maintenance.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Full professional fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to comprehend technical manuals and communicate with guests.
  • Professional, neat, and clean appearance in accordance with resort standards.
  • Ability to perform physically active work, including walking and ascending/descending stairs throughout the shift.
  • Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
