Role OverviewThe Facilities Maintenance Manager leads a team, oversees repairs, groundskeeping, and property upkeep with a focus on quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to manage service requests, enforce safety protocols, and maintain compliance.
What You Will Do
Prepare market-ready apartments, oversee routine maintenance, respond to maintenance requests, recruit and train maintenance team members, implement preventative maintenance schedules, and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience
- Prior experience in personnel supervision

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
