Role OverviewPerform work of moderate difficulty in the operations and maintenance on a wide range of complex MEP - Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing equipment with an emphasis on HVAC/R - Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration.
What You Will Do
Operate and maintain campus MEP systems, pneumatic tube transportation system, medical and industrial gases systems, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance repairs.

Must be skilled and experienced in mechanical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operation and repairs.
Requirements
- Completion of technical college program in Building/Plant Utilities and Maintenance or HVAC/R Service
- Three years of skilled mechanical and facilities maintenance experience or one year of the above experience
- Able to work rotating shifts and some holidays
