Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist ensures the efficient operation and maintenance of credit union buildings in the Northern Illinois region. This role involves routine building inspections, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Trade certifications, specialized trainings, or journeymen’s certification is required
  • Prior experience in construction, skilled trade, maintenance, property management is required
  • College degree or specialized trade school is highly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record is required
