Role OverviewPerforms a wide range of maintenance to ensure an efficient and safe working environment. Responsibilities include performing indoor/outdoor maintenance, assisting with heating and air conditioning services, building and installing cabinets and shelves, and drafting plans and specifications.
What You Will Do
Perform a full range of indoor/outdoor semi-skilled, skilled maintenance, including repairs, and assist in the maintenance of city facilities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction trade or facilities maintenance, be physically capable of moving on construction sites, and be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Two (2) years' experience in the construction trade or facilities maintenance
- Valid Texas driver's license within ninety (90) days of hire
