Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor organizes and supervises facility maintenance operations, responsible for the overall maintenance of multiple properties in Central Florida, including hangar, ramp, and office facilities.

Requirements

  • 10 years' experience in multi-building/multi-location commercial maintenance
  • 5 years' experience in supervisory of maintenance role
  • Basic computer and Microsoft skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
