Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (Swing Shift)

The Engineering Supervisor will assist the Director of Engineering in the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, overseeing general and preventative maintenance and repairs of guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, back of house areas, and equipment.

What You Will Do

Oversee the general and preventative maintenance and repairs of guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, back of house areas, and equipment. Implement preventive maintenance schedules, policies, and rules to ensure an efficient department. Assist Director of Engineering in supervising and training all Engineers in guest service, standard operating procedures, loss prevention, and other trainings as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience overseeing employees
• Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, screening, locks, HVAC, boiler operations, and proper tool and chemical use
• Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
