What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and repair pumps, perform plumbing, carpentry, and drywall work, and operate various power tools.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate will have knowledge of domestic plumbing, piping, boilers, air compressors, and HVAC systems, as well as general construction and electrical skills.
Requirements
- Performs work of a skilled variety, demanding a high degree of manual and technical competency
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair pumps
- Locates and determines malfunctions using test equipment
- Facilities repair, carpentry, drywall and paint
- Plumbing
- Performs checks on safety equipment
- Basic Tig and Mig welding mild steel, and stainless steel
- Ability to read blueprints
- Move parts and frames on and off machinery and throughout the facility
- Maintains equipment and facilities in a safe operating condition. Repair breakdowns as required
- Makes operating line adjustments as requested
- Operate angle grinder, manual vertical band saw, and pedestal grinder. Understand and follow company GMP/Safety Standards and policies
- Participate, as required, in safety and GMP training sessions, and other company training sessions
