Role OverviewWe are looking for a first shift Facilities Maintenance Technician I to join our growing team. The role involves ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to clients, minor troubleshooting, and maintenance of facilities. The team works closely with clients to manage their facilities.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include minor troubleshooting, replacing filters, repairing floors, and driving company vehicles. The role also involves completing required safety classes and utilizing a CMMS work order system.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, 2+ years of general maintenance craft experience, and basic computer knowledge. Familiarity with CMMS software and a craft license or certificate in one trade are a plus.
