What You Will Do
Perform repairs and troubleshooting of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to clients. Complete minor troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of various systems and equipment.

Requirements
- Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude with excellent attendance.
- 3 plus years of general maintenance experience.
- Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry, or Electrical.
- Basic computer knowledge including work order systems and email.
- Ability to complete required safety classes.
- Personal hand tools.
- Ability to pass BCI and FBI background check and Drug Screen.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to be covered by company insurance policy.
