Role OverviewThe Facilities Maintenance Technician II, under supervision, performs essential preventive maintenance and repair of building plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including refrigeration, and A/C units at the hangar and terminal locations.
What You Will Do
Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities, diagnose equipment issues, and assist in the diagnosis of process-related problems through collaborative teamwork.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a HS Diploma or Equivalent, certification in a skilled trade or system, and experience performing preventative maintenance (PM’s) on equipment.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Certification in a skilled trade or system
- Experience performing preventative maintenance (PM’s) on equipment
- Experience fitting industrial piping systems with materials such as, PVC, copper, stainless steel instrument tubing
- Commercial Carpentry experience
