Role OverviewThe Facilities Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing essential preventive maintenance and repair of building plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Activities may include changing filters, cleaning heating and cooling coils, cleaning floor drains, changing light bulbs, painting, drywall, basic carpentry, and performing preventive maintenance activities on equipment.
What You Will Do
Repair, maintain, and monitor all equipment and amenities, diagnose equipment issues, train other maintenance personnel, and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of vocational training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing, and experience performing Preventative Maintenance (PM's) on equipment.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of vocational training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing
- Experience performing Preventative Maintenance (PM's) on equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a Federal Aviation Administration background check
- Ability to pass all Keystone Management backgrounds and drug screenings
