Role OverviewThis position assists internal departments' staff with service calls and manages the upkeep of commercial facilities. Routinely inspects properties to identify opportunities and needs. Performs preventive maintenance, including replacing bulbs and air filters.
What You Will Do
Assist with service calls, complete work orders, maintain and repair resort equipment, conduct ongoing maintenance programs, and perform light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have an eye for detail, good organizational and communication skills, and be in good physical condition. Must be comfortable with heights, working in all-weather elements, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum of Two or more years of maintenance experience
- Evening availability between 2:00pm - 10:00pm, including weekends and holidays
