Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will be a jack of all trades, including carpentry, electrical, heating, and plumbing, to maintain the facilities of the Larson Automotive Group. The role requires a high level of productivity, pride in work, and the ability to ensure a professional demeanor. The successful candidate will be highly productive, take pride in their work, and be able to ensure the dealerships maintain their professional demeanor.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include painting, remodeling, refurbishing areas as needed, repairing and maintaining equipment and amenities, maintaining exterior property, operating heavy machinery, and performing other job duties as requested.

Requirements
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Basic understanding of plumbing and carpentry
- Must be able to safely operate and hold certification for forklift, bucket truck, and scissor lift
- High level of work ethic
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license
