Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will possess strong general facilities maintenance skills; including, but not limited to: Advanced knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, electrical, interior and exterior painting, carpentry, drywall installation and repairs, appliance repair, plumbing, sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma and trade school, or equivalent
- Valid SC driver's license
- Three years maintenance technician experience or related field
- Certificate in HVAC and EPA Certification, building maintenance technology, plumbing or relevant field
- Ability to safely follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers
- Ability to contribute to a total team effort
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity and respect
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments
