Role OverviewResponsible for assisting in the maintenance of the Church and School campus and surroundings, especially as it pertains to major projects and tasks. Collaborates with the facilities department to ensure timely response and closure of facilities work requests.
What You Will Do
Assist in construction and modification projects, maintain electrical and mechanical systems, inspect alarm systems, and perform manual repairs on both campuses. Monitor vendors and conduct general campus upkeep procedures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a working knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical maintenance, and be able to work independently and coordinate the work of others.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required or equivalent
- 1-2 years maintenance experience working in the trades preferred
- Air conditioning certification preferred
- Driver’s license preferred
