Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of general building maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience
- Working knowledge of basic carpentry, painting, plumbing and general building repairs
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Valid Drivers License with Acceptable driving record
