Job Description
We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Facilities Manager in our Queens, NY location! The role is responsible for leading and managing all facility management operations across the site, ensuring reliability, safety, compliance, and efficiency of all building systems, production equipment, and support services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or Facility Management
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or engineering operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • EPA 608 Certification (Universal) for refrigerant handling
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • NYC Fire Department Certificate of Fitness (F-01)
  • Strong experience in food production, catering, hospitality, or industrial environments
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, MEP systems, and building infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities across mechanical, electrical, and building systems
  • Demonstrated financial acumen managing maintenance budgets, cost tracking, capital projects, and vendor contracts
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and present effectively to leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to develop and hold teams accountable
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing maintenance and operational data
  • Comfortable with technology including CMMS platforms, BAS systems, and facility management software
  • Ability to work in industrial environments including confined spaces and varying temperatures
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require
